Lately I’ve been thinking about remembering to wear makeup. And I also realized all my makeup was very, very old. So old. Once I realized how old. It was…shudderingly old.
First. I threw away all my ancient makeup. Because it was just. Really, really old. And then I had no makeup.
I started poking around the Internet when I thought about wearing makeup and then forgetting to buy it. And then wanting makeup at times when I wanted to wear it because an event was happening. And at those times I would have no makeup.
Wander Beauty is makeup for traveling. Not to sound silly. But. Isn’t most makeup capable of traveling? Unless their stuff doesn’t melt. Which would be awesome. But it does, I assume. Since they don’t say it doesn’t.
I got Wander Beauty On-the-Glow Blush and Illuminator in berry whisper / nude glow. At first I thought I was allergic to it, but it turns out I was allergic to something else. More on that later.
Honestly. I kinda love this thing. It’s application idiot proof. It’s not like it’s the most unusual thing. I smoosh the shimmery end onto my eyelids and—if I’m blotchily red—the berry color onto my cheeks to even it out. Smoosh, smoosh, smoosh.
I like products that don’t require a talented hand.
